Dipl. Ing. Landscape Architect Łukasz Przybylak is a specialist in garden art history and garden monument preservation. Chairman in office of the European Route of Historic Gardens - Cultural Route of the Council of Europe. Co-founder of the European Eduard Petzold Center for Garden Art (ECSO ) in Scharfeneck Castle (pl. Sarny) in Lower Silesia. Advisor to the Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Poland on historical gardens. As a doctoral student at the Dresden University of Technology, Chair of History of Landscape Architecture and Garden Monument Preservation, he studies the peculiarities of the gardens on the Warsaw Slope in the period of the Polish-Saxon Union. Member of the German Society for Garden Art and Landscape Culture (Berlin-Brandenburg, Historical Gardens Working Group), the Dresden Historical Society (DGV), the Polish Society of Landscape Architects (SAK) and the Lower Silesian branch of the Society for the Preservation of Historical Monuments.
