Heinrich Lohmann, born in 1951, was a judicial officer in his professional life, most recently head of the enforcement department of the Bremen public prosecutor's office. In an honorary capacity, he has been chairman of the Landsmannschaft Ostpreußen e.V., Bremen, since 1986, which expanded in 2009 to become Landsmannschaft Ost- und Westpreußen e.V. Bremen. He has published articles on historical and cultural topics, especially on the displaced persons in Bremen and the surrounding area.
